We want to draw your attention to a series of upcoming workshops focused on road construction project opportunities in northwest Wisconsin.
Beyond the direct impact of employment and contracts within the road construction industry, these projects will have implications for the broader regional economy, impacting restaurants, hotels, and businesses of all types in the surrounding area.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to share this workshop announcement widely within your network. Beyond the information presented in the official program, each workshop will offer the opportunity for attendees to connect with resource providers, learn about potential future opportunities resulting from the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure investment and Jobs Act, and position their businesses for future growth.
These workshops, offered free of charge, will take place:
Each workshop will consist of a three-hour program with presentations by prime contractors and state and local resource providers, as well as networking time. The workshops will specifically highlight opportunities for certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and those considering obtaining DBE certification, but businesses of all types are encouraged to attend.
